Citizens Advice in Herts Carer Money Matters
In partnership with Carers in Hertfordshire and Citizens Advice North Herts, we’re supporting carers with advice including benefit checks, information on how to apply for benefits identified and other ways to maximise income including energy costs, debt assessments, production of financial statements and information on how to deal with debts. We can also give emergency fuel vouchers and grants. Advice is free, confidential and impartial and tailored to your needs. Support is primarily over the phone and email but we can offer face-to-face support where needed.
You can self-refer via Frontline, or contact Carers In Herts on 01992 58 69 69 or contact@carersinherts.org.uk
Alternatively contact your local Citizens Advice office - see https://hertscitizensadvice.org.uk/

You can use this free service if:
- you are a carer who lives or works in Hertfordshire or

We may also be able to arrange a face to face appointment or a home visit if, after an initial assessment, we feel that it’s needed to help move you forward.
