Lee Valley Regional Park: Get Active

Lee Valley Regional Park Authority is responsible for the 26 mile long, 10,000 acre park with its huge variety of award winning green spaces, world class sports venues and ecologically vital wildlife havens. We run a variety of health and wellbeing activities including walking groups, mindfulness activities, cycling sessions, and various sport programmes. Our programmes are free, accessible, safe and provide a fun environment to try new opportunities whilst staying active.

 

Lee Valley Regional Park: Get Active, run a variety of activities including: 

  • Lifewalks - There are multiple Lifewalks per week. You can see the list of locations, dates and time on our website. There is no need to book and the walks are free. Each walk will have a front, middle and back walk leader.
  • Cycling for Health, 
  • Sensory walks
  • New for 2025 - Nordic walking, a running club, and a mental health swim session at the Lee Valley White Water Centre.
