Step2Skills: Community Learning and Adult Skills Training

Step2Skills offer a wide variety of courses for Hertfordshire residents aged 19+.Our offer includes accredited learning for those that would like to gain a qualification and short non-accredited courses and workshops. Subject areas include: English (apply and we'll arrange a free online assessment); English for speakers of other languages (ESOL); Maths, Digital Skills and Work / Career skills. We also offer a fully-funded 12-week Skills Bootcamp in Early Years for Hertfordshire residents aged 19+, who would like to start their career in Early Years.

We're funded by the UK Government to deliver community learning courses for adults aged 19+ across Hertfordshire.

We work with partners in Hertfordshire to deliver some of these courses on our behalf. Those learning providers are responsible for delivering courses to a high standard. We quality monitor provision to ensure it meets the requirements of OFSTED and the Department for Education.
