A1 Optician provides FREE NHS home eye testing with no admin or call out fees and spectacle fitting services for people aged 60 or over who are disabled or housebound residents.

Patients can have their eyes tested in the safety and comfort of their own residence. A great selection of frames is available and all spectacles are hand fitted. Because we are a local family run opticians, we are able to offer you appointment times that suit you. We are able to deal with all requests for spectacle repairs or adjustments promptly and efficiently. For individuals in receipt of full NHS entitlement, FREE NHS spectacles are available.
