Improve your mental health and physical wellbeing by joining our friendly, welcoming social group on a walk around Lea Valley Park, followed by tea and biscuits plus a breakfast roll on the first Thursday of the month! Suitable for all abilities, no one gets left behind! Free trial, then £10 per month. *Not suitable for dogs or pushchairs.
